Building an AI company from zero
Registering a company, finding the first clients, and learning the business while running it.
I run Avernek Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a three-person company in Lalitpur. The business side is mine: finding the clients, working out what they actually need, pricing it and closing it. I build the client websites myself, and my team owns the AI automation and the performance marketing.
Three featured, four more below. The company, the client websites I build inside it, and the interface work underneath.

Registering a company, finding the first clients, and learning the business while running it.

A manufacturer's first real website: product range, trade enquiries and the credentials a dealer checks before ordering.

A full-stack rebuild for a Kathmandu vehicle rental and tour operator: client, API, database and deployment.
Design and business, mostly at the same time. The list is what I actually spend the week on.
Founder-led. I find the lead, sit in the meeting, and close it.
The problems that don't have an owner yet are mine by default.
A year of customer success, and a lot of organic content since.
Where I came from, and still how I look at a product. Mostly UI, mostly in Figma.
If you run a business that gets its customers through messages, that's the conversation I'm most useful in. Email is best.
